Service quality is more important to consumers than price or advertising – 91% say it shapes their perception of a company.
The new Customer Service Barometer 2025 reveals: 77% of Germans contacted a customer service in the past year, and 40% had to follow up multiple times. Short waiting times and competent solutions are in particularly high demand. Generative AI remains polarizing: 40% would like to see it used more often, while 21% reject it.
