Kick-off event for participants and interested parties

  • At the kick-off event in Frankfurt the test criteria of the competition will be announced for the first time
  • The presentation event serves as a platform to get to know the organiser, market research institute and industry representatives

Mainz - The registration for the competition "Gewählt zum Kundenservice des Jahres" (Voted Customer Service of the Year in Germany) is officially open. On 13 February, the organiser, Armonia Deutschland GmbH, invites you to the kick-off event at SCANDIC Frankfurt Museumsufer, where the test criteria for the participants in the competition will be explained.

Potential participants, interested parties and representatives of the call center industry are cordially invited to get to know the competition and its test criteria, the organiser and the market research institute SKOPOS, as well as representatives of the customer service industry at the non-binding and free event.
