Sandra Schütt was a virtual guest at our kick-off on February 6, 2025 and gave us an insight from a participant's perspective. Sandra is Head of Customer Care at ImmoScout24 (award winner in the category “Immobilienportale”) and used both the audit and the competition aspect internally - “...the team woke up again...” says Sandra regarding the atmosphere during the test phase - “ it was a mixture of ambition, team spirit and also a bit of thrill”.

Sandra is convinced about the decision to take part, “there is no such thing as perfect timing...it was the right decision to just get started” - and it worked!
